Since 2010, Jan-San Equipment Sales & Service Inc (Jan-San) has been your janitorial equipment service experts in both Commercial and Industrial environments. Our team of technicians has the skills & training to service and repair any make or model of equipment. We are OEM authorized to service and perform warranty repairs on Advance, Clarke, Karcher, Nacecare, Nobles, Tennant and Viper equipment.

In addition to servicing equipment, we also sell pre-owned and new janitorial equipment across a number of OEMs including but not limited to Advance, Clarke, Nobles, Tennant and Viper.
